Ice rink

A real ice rink inside the trail. Here is everything you need to know before you skate.

The two tickets

20 minutes of skating
Enjoy 20 minutes of ice skating. Gloves are not included, but wearing them is compulsory.
VIP12 €
30 minutes of skating
Enjoy 30 minutes of ice skating, with gloves included.

Important information

  • The ice rink ticket is tied to the general ticket. It cannot be bought without the general ticket that gives access to the event.
  • This is a real ice rink, not synthetic ice.
  • Wearing gloves to skate is compulsory.
  • Children under 4 (ages 0 to 3) are not allowed on the rink.
  • Children under 12 (ages 4 to 11) cannot skate on their own. Accompanying adults must buy their own ticket as well.
  • Rink capacity is limited. If it does not show as available in the relevant section, it is sold out for the session you selected.
  • Skating time depends on the type of ticket purchased.
  • From the access time shown on your ticket you have 1 hour to enter the ice rink. After that, access cannot be guaranteed, as your assigned skating slot would no longer be respected.
  • The ice rink closes 15 minutes before the venue. Visitors with the last access slot (8.30 to 9 p.m.) have 30 minutes from the start of their access time to enter the rink, so their skating time is guaranteed.
  • The BUYER/USER assumes full risk and responsibility for the activity booked. PROACTIV is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the ice rink.
  • There is no cloakroom service. We recommend not bringing valuables. Leaving valuables at the ice rink is not allowed (jewellery, cameras, phones, bags, wallets, etc.). PROACTIV SL is not liable for lost, forgotten and/or stolen items. Nor is it liable for damage to items left there; the USER assumes full responsibility for looking after their personal belongings.
  • If the USER does not use the activity for reasons beyond PROACTIV’s control, it cannot be used on another day and no refund can be requested.
  • If the USER wishes to use their own skates on the ice rink, they must contact us beforehand so we can assess authorisation.
